4.2 Billing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. Storage Limits and Data Management

Important Storage Policy:

  • Each subscription plan has specific storage limits
  • If you cancel your subscription and exceed free tier limits, you have 30 days to either renew or reduce your storage usage
  • After 30 days, we reserve the right to automatically delete excess content
  • Content deletion will be performed to bring accounts within free tier limits
  • Deleted content cannot be recovered

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use ClientDock only for lawful business purposes, including:

  • Creating client portals for legitimate business relationships
  • Sharing business-related files and documents
  • Managing client projects and communications

6.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use ClientDock to:

10. Termination
